Hi everyone

Thoughts about release dates? I was working towards a November release originally as not to step on the toes of releasing Family Christmas this month.

So I wondered if there's no harm in presenting two shows this month, Wagon trailer out either tonight or tomorrow and then full show out on Saturday/Sunday?

We could span the release of Family Christmas the same way, teaser first at the beginning of the week and then the full show out on the weekend that follows.

Any ideas?

ps. only reason it didn't end up being a November release for Wagon is due to my inability to multitask across fathering, voice work and real life, haha.

You are amazing to do all that you do! I believe the sooner we get these productions out the better. Family Christmas needs a little more post production but it is very close/ Your time table sounds perfect. If we are going for a full release of your production at the weekend can I suggest Sunday and I put up an event invitation immediately for it. We can then post the trailer on both the FB page and on the invitation.

I think the sooner the better. A two a month release might actually be advantageous early on to keep any buzz we generate going and to build up a library for new comers to check out once we captures new audience. It may actually work really well to have Family Christmas come out closer to the holidays as people tend to travel more then and might like to listen in the car or on a plane. As usual these are just some of my thought and I will defer to the much more experienced members.

Dropping Off the Wagon early and the Christmas story closer to the Holiday should work really well. If you are afraid of setting a twice monthly precedent or the like, label it as our first holiday special.

Thanks Rosalind, sorry you didn't get to hear it before it went out. I went back over the discussion thread about the script, as you made some suggestions regarding sound effects. Unfortunately I couldn't get them all in to meet the deadline but I think by the point the others were noted to play at, one forgot that the monologue needed any. Bob does a great job of carrying this one to the end. Very moved by his performance.
